A person being considered for membership is invited by a member/sponsor to attend one or more club meetings to learn more about Rotary. The sponsor may
then submit the name of the candidate to the membership committee to begin the evaluation process. Others who are interested in membership, but don't know any Rotarians, can contact their
local club directly. This web site provides all the information relating to Nordonia Hills Rotary.
Any person proposed for membership into Rotary must receive a classification, meet the 4-Way test, The Object of Rotary, and have a sponsor. Each proposed member must be reviewed by the board of directors before moving further in the organization’s approval process. After the board’s review and approval, the proposed member’s name and classification will be posted in the news letter and on this web page for general review and acceptance by club membership. An applicant only needs one objection from a active member and the proposal is rejected. Objections must be presented to a member of the board or email to Membership
