Club Background Our Rotary Club was started, on April 16, 1979, with the help of 32 charter members and with the intentions of coordinating the activities and functions of the five communities that make up the Nordonia Hills School District. We wanted to have a common agenda and voice for Northern Summit County. When Rotary International proposed a club for our area, we felt that such a club for the four communities would be the answer to unification of Northern Summit County.
Our, 1st and all other, club banner is exchanged with visiting and visited clubs and Rotarians.
